I’m that cunty friend that is there to help you fight back against those negative inner voices so you can follow your heart and your instincts.

Stop telling yourself things are “fine” if they aren’t, and stop telling others things are “fine” if they are not.

  • If they don’t listen, I’m here to help you find your inner Cunt and hold those boundaries with those closest to you. It’s not always fun, but it can be when they deserve it.

  • Learn to hold people accountable confidently (along with yourself, too… yeah…) and build up those muscles to protect yourself mentally and physically.

  • I’m not here to be nice about it all the time, the people that helped create that voice weren’t nice, and that little bitch will take a lot more than some sweet nothings whispered to it.

Take my first challenge, I started doing this in my studio in 2022, and it helped me start to realign my brain from the chaos around me.
